Insurance is available only to customers who have received a full prune within the last year or pass first inspection.  

No business model calculation confirms insurance coverage on trees will be sustainable economically. We are going to do it until we can’t afford it.

We have always engineered our customers trees to endure the demanding forces of nature in west Texas.

 

Most of the tree species we enjoy here, were not designed to live this far west. So it’s definitely a challenge to keep them on a descent growth rate and free of the irreversible rot. Over the past years we have seen limbs in the yards of every house in the neighborhood but our customers. We have seen yard transformations where our customers trees have came from behind and passed their competing neighbors trees for dominant height. We always check our customers yards for broken limbs as we move equipment around town and frankly, there’s just nothing to fix.

 

Water sprouts are the only thing we can’t keep clean without a visit and the memberships solve that problem. Instead of waiting 5 years and them getting out of hand and taking a big bill to remove, we are going to keep them clean with a more often approach. We see so much tree neglect by other companies whether it be by laziness, greed or just ignorance, we want to separate ourselves from that lack of professionalism and save the trees from being butchered and your hard earned money being wasted.
